• List your house on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Realtor.com, and Carolinahome.com
• Take high-quality digital photos of the features that make your home unique.
• Provide you with color outside flyers and inside brochures emphasizing the selling points of your home.
• Schedule all appointments, give you a sign and a lockbox so that realtors have access to your home to show potential buyers.
• Follow up with each realtor that shows your home to obtain any feedback they might have.
• Negotiate offers, coordinate inspections and attend closing.
